Itinerary Detailes
Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT COCHIN AND CHERAI STAY
Arrival at Cochin Airport. Meet, assist our representative at the airport and he will you transfer to Cherai hotel. Before proceeding to Cherai have the wonderfull sightseeing of Kochi.Kochi (also known as Cochin) is a city in southwest India's coastal Kerala state. It has been a port since 1341, when a flood carved out its harbor and opened it to Arab, Chinese and European merchants. Sites reflecting those influences include Fort Kochi, a settlement with tiled colonial bungalows and diverse houses of worship. Cantilevered Chinese fishing nets, typical of Kochi, have been in use for centuries.
Your itinerary here will include places like Fort Cochin, still keeping alive its ancient Jew tradition, Chinese Fishing Nets, Mattanchery, Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica, Dutch Palace, Jew Street, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Marine Drive.At Evening proceed to Cherai & Overnight stay at Cherai
Day 2 : MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING AND TREE HOUSE STAY
Start your pleasant day at Cherai with a delicious breakfast and then proceed to Munnar.Munnar:- A picturesque hill station with an elevation of 5000 to 8000 feet from sea level, which is a must see destination in the tourism mapThe land belonged to the Royal Family and was leased for cultivation and the transformation of the land started. The forests land was converted into farmlands. Tea was the most suitable crop and Tea estates sprang up. On the way to Munnar you will be stopped to enjoy the white spray of water from the beautiful waterfalls of Cheeyappara & Valara. Also you will be stopped at mesmerizing Karadippara view point. Reach and check in to hotel, relax for a while and later visit Tata Tea Museum & The Blossom Garden. Back to Hotel by evening and Overnight Stay at Munnar
Day 3 : MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING & TREE HOUSE STAY
Start your pleasant day at Munnar with a delicious breakfast and you will be taken for sightseeing. The sightseeing includes places Top Station, like Eravikulam National park, the Blesson Garden, Echo point,Kundala dam, Mattupetty dam, Photo shooting point. Munnar is also famous for Ayurveda Treatment and Massaging. Munnar with its cool climate all year round provides the ideal backdrop for this rejuvenation and healing therapy. Treatments are non-invasive and non-toxic and can be used safely as an alternative therapy or alongside conventional therapies. Day 4 : THEKADY SIGHTSEEING AND STAY
Proceed to Thekkady in the morning after the breakfast. Enjoy the drive through the tea mountains and the picturesque green carpet of the nature. Reach and check in to the hotel.
Thekkady is a world famous wildlife sanctuary and it is also called as Periyar. On arrival check in Hotel Afternoon proceed for a game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake(Own Cost). Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc evening you can take an Elephant ride at Periyar wild life and rest of the day is at leisure. You can also recreate yourself by having own cost optional activities like Spice plantation Tour, Bamboo Rafting, Trekking and Elephant Rride, Watch Kathakali, Kalarippayattu & Puppet Shows etc. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 5 : DELUXE ALLAPPEY HOUSEBOAT STAY
