Day 1 : ARRIVAL AT COCHIN AND STAY
Upon your arrival at Cochin Airport, we will meet you at the exit point of the arrival terminal. And we will personally take you to your hotel. The yesteryear fishing village called ‘Kochazhi’ has evolved through centuries to become Cochin.
Everything in Cochin from its culture to language to cuisine to faith has emerged from a global mélange of great depth. Fort Cochin, the heritage zone, which has a diameter of roughly 5 km consists of more than 20 ethnicities of both Indian and Foreign origin.The laid-back charm of Fort Cochin has lively evenings. Take a stroll or relax in your hotel and proceed to visit Cochin like Fort Kochi, Chinese Fishing Nets, Mattanchery, Sata Cruz Cathedral Basilica, Dutch Palace, Jew Street, Jewish Synagogue, St.Francis Church, Marine Drive. Day 3 : MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING AND STAY
After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing of Munnar where you can visit Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Tea Plantation,(closed on Monday), Eravikulam National Park (Closed during breeding season),Echo point,Photoshooting point. Munnar is also famous for Ayurveda Treatment and Massaging.Qualified physicians at the Ayurvedic treatment Centres provide a range of cures and treatments including sweat treatments, oil massages, yoga and meditation, Head, Face, Shoulder & Full Body massage at reasonable rates across Munnar. Back to Hotel and overnight stay at Munnar
Day 4 : THEKADY SIGHTSEEING AND STAY
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady. Situated within the confines of the Western Ghats in the southern Indian state of Kerala, Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve is one of the most captivating wildlife parks in the world.This perennial source of water, which initially led to the submersion of large tracts of forestland, slowly attracted wild animals. It eventually resulted in the adjoining forests being granted protection. The vegetation is of moist deciduous type. Arrive at Thekkady and check in to the hotel.You are at leisure on this day to enjoy various activities at Thekkady. Activities available are – boating on periyar lake, spice plantation visit, Elephant safari, agricultural farm tour & sightseeing, nature walk, adventure trekking & camping, border hiking, bamboo rafting, jungle jeep safari, Kalaripayattu – the traditional martial art performance & Tribal art performance(Own cost) also visit the famous Periyar wildlife sanctuary. Day 5 : PREMIUM ALLAPPEY HOUSEBOAT STAY
After a refreshing breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey.Alleppey, the district of immense natural beauty, is famous for its lovely lakes, lagoons and the fresh water rivers.Kumarakoms passion play with water has made it the hub of houseboats and beaches.After reaching Allappey Set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. While cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual - skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields, and local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, and ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. Enroute to Trivandrum city visit Poovar Island.Poovar is a small coastal, fisherman village about 60Km from Kanyakumari. This is a beautiful island which is surrounded by River called Neyyar. During heavy monsoon the river carry sand and mud and an Estuary is formed which become the present form of Poovar. The river, which ends it flow at Arabian Sea, become wider and it appears to be a lake! Enjoy boating in the beautiful Poovar Lake (own cost) through the Mago Groves and Kandal Trees. after then proceed to Trivandrum.
Thiruvananthapuram, commonly known by its former name Trivandrum, is the capital of the Indian state of Kerala. It is the most populous city in Kerala, located on the west coast of India near the extreme south of the mainland. Thiruvananthapuram referred to by Mahatma Gandhi as the "Evergreen city of India". Day 8 : DEPART FROM TRIVANDRUM
