Itinerary Detailes
Day 1 : ARRIVE AT BAGDOGRA AIRPORT & PROCEED TO GANGTOK AND STAY
On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or at Bagdogra Airport our representative will meet and greet you. Following your pick-up, take a drive to the magnificent hill station of Gangtok. Gangtok, the capital city of the North-Eastern paradise called Sikkim. Drive through the whirly and serpentine roads, take in the alluring beauty and charm of the soaring mountain peaks and the many different scenic marvels with a short tea break at Lopchu. While in Lopchu, you will also get a chance to sight in the famous Lovers Meet Point that offers remarkable views of the meeting point of Teesta and Rangit Rivers. Continuing with your drive, you will be reaching Gangtok by mid-afternoon. Arriving in the city, check in into a hotel and relax for the day. If you wish, you can also take a stroll around the glittering MG Marg by evening and witness the swaying beauty of Gangtok’s local life; overnight stay will be in the hotel.
Day 2 : GANGTOK SIGHTSEEING AND STAY
Today after breakfast you will be taken for full day local sightseeing tour of Gangtok covering Banjhakri Falls, Bakthang Waterfall, Tashi View Point, Gonjang Monastery, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower Exhibition Centre, Ropeway, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten Stupa. Back to resort by evening and over Night at Gangtok Hotel.
Day 3 : EXCURSION TO TSOMOGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR
Today we will get you closer to the enchanting and heavenly beauty of Gangtok and Sikkim as well. On this day; after having breakfast in the hotel, you will be driven towards the stunning Tsomgo Lake which is located at an altitude of 3,750 m and takes around 3 hours to reach from Gangtok. Arrive at the lakeside and witness its fascinating beauty; make sure you do not miss your camera and also click some of the magical snaps of this gorgeous lake. Completing the lake visit, you will be taken towards the legendary Baba Harbhajan Mandir (4,000 m), which is maintained by the Indian Militaries. Day 4 : GANGTOK TO DARJEELING AND STAY
Today after breakfast drive to Darjeeling. Reach and check in into a hotel; the rest of the day can be spent relaxing at the hotel or you can simply take a leisurely walk around and get an insight of Darjeeling; overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 5 : DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING AND STAY
Wake up early in the morning around 3-4 Am and drive to mejestic Tiger hills.arrive at the top station and welcome your beautifull morning vibe by the sun ray from the Mt of Kanchenjunga , known to be the third highest peak of the world.spend this preciouse moment and set back to hotel Enroute visit holy Ghoom Monastery and the exhilarating Batista Loop, where you can have a glance of the Darjeeling War Memorial and the world-renowned Darjeeling Toy Train. Getting back to the hotel, enjoy your breakfast and join us for the rest of the days sightseeing ,Visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (remains closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, Chitrey Tea Garden (outer views), Japanese Temple and the Peace Pagoda. As evening starts approaching, make it to the overwhelming Chowrasta and Mall Road to enjoy Darjeeling’s local life at its best and also to indulge in some local shopping.
Day 6 : FLY BACK HOME
After having breakfast check out from hotel. You will finally be driven back to either New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or the Bagdogra Airport; with your drop, the tour will come to its final end, while you will going back home with numerous pleasant and sweet memories of Darjeeling and Gangtok eternal grandeurs!
